About This Mod
These are unique custom perks. All of them created with Mitzruti Perk Pack. Mitzruti was nice to leave a config option for me to add more Perks. Which I did, even in a way he did not design it. It consists 37 Vulnerabilities and 57 Resistances. All of which are color coded in a way.

Stukov81 is a streamer who has created a lot of custom goodies for XCOM 2 using the tools other modders have created.

Config
Everything is a config so you can add/delete/change everything easily

Compatibility
Should be compatible with pretty much everything. This Mod on itself does nothing, other Mods may use the Perks found here though

If a unit is given multiple perks that affect the same type of damage(so lets say 20% res and 30% res), is there a rule that controls which one of them gets priority, or are they multiplicative or is it just random? Started thinking about reusing these for my own goals and realised this was a possibility

Heres an idea Conventional weapon Resistance. it be cool on late game enemies like Heavy Mecs and Sectopods , obviously it wont really effect Xcom but it would make Late game enemies feel Near Invincible against militia Fighters .

So these spawn randomly based on the other mod? Or are they linked if the person takes electriic damage they gain vulnerable to future electric?

So far it is only armour upgrades that i made. very few are also in Tesla Loot Mod. But i know Tesla is changing the Armour Loot soonish and then i will bring many of these Perks also in the Tesla Loot Mod. My plan is to have 1 negative Perk almost guaranteed on Rare and Epic Boxes. Legendary Boxes will only have a small chance of a negative Perk. So stay tuned for the fun
