But if you toss alchemist flask into bank, it turns into normal one with 100% value instead of 200% :(
I see... I am not currently undertaking any new modding projects, but in the event I do (and learn how some of the more obscure chunks of Soler's inventory code work) I'll take it into consideration!
I know another modder (Copi) who managed to get a set of spells to store and retrieve a single wand from a different run working, but from what I know about it, it wasn't easy (and all the data had to be stuffed into a single line of code, something I'm not sure would transfer well for an inventory system with potentially hundreds of items).
Would you be able to create this mod or something similar?
It would be awesome!
The section you'll want to copy and past from the old to new world_state.xml has its key as "NTBNK_STORE.wsQueue:string". Basically just copy everything in that key's value section verbatim and you should be good.
I'm not entirely sure if any of the other lua key values matter much but copying any data from the value sections from the old world_state.xml to the new one that start with NTBNK_STORE couldn't hurt...
MAKE SURE YOU DO NOT CHANGE ANYTHING OUTSIDE OF THE QUOTATIONS, doing so could at best make the bank unable to store items, and at worst make your world_state.xml unreadable to the game. Making a backup of this file before doing any of this is probably a good idea.
While I did not have to adjust anything relating to the item storing functions when updating this to the latest version, I believe it is stored in the player.xml file in the save of your current run (the file path to your save file will differ depending on operating system.) I know it has to do some black magic to convert all stored items into a string. I'm currently finishing up exams atm, after I'm done I'll be able to take a closer look and see if I can find it for ya.
