Note

I wanted to re-balance all magic, mostly without changing core mechanics or effects.
Most Damaging spells of the same category but different lores, will have similar cost and damage.
Buffs and debuffs, generally regarded as waste of Winds, can have increased duration,
an increase in range and effectiveness and lower Winds of magic cost.
I hope to bring the buffs and debuffs to a level where they are not so dramatically outshined by Damage spells.

I exactly describe every change I made below.
If you find some to be OP or still useless please say so in the comments.


Numbers in front are regular cast, in brackets are overcast.
If there are no brackets, overcast is not changed.
If there are only brackets it means there is no change to the Spells normal cast.

Miao Ying can cast it all in dragon form.



Life Bloom
  • Duraion 4 -> 6

Dwellers Below
  • Damage 0 -> 2 (0 -> 2)
  • Damage Ap 1 -> 2 (4 -> 5)
  • Cooldown 45 -> 50
  • Wind-cost 20 -> 15 (24 -> 19)

Awakening of the Wood
  • Damage 19 -> 25
  • Damage AP 0 -> 4
  • Cooldown 31 -> 25

Earth Blood
  • Overcast Heals all inside the radius again
  • Cooldown 30 ->26
  • Heal 0.008->0.01
  • Duration 7 -> 14

Flesh to Stone
  • Cooldown 43 -> 38
  • Duratiion 19 -> 40
  • Wind-cost 8 -> 6 (14 -> 11)
  • Overcast is aoe

Regrowth
  • Cooldown 48 -> 40
  • Wind-cost 13 -> 10 (18 -> 15)
  • Heal 0.008->0.01 (0.012->0.014)

Shield of Thorns
  • Cooldown 44 -> 36
  • Duration 30 -> 35
  • Reflecton 14 -> 28
  • Overcast is aoe

needs update please for 6.0 great mod hard to play with out it make those life mages so much more usefull

Thank you. I think if I raise the duration of normal cast it will come out on top even if it heals just one.:sparklepro:

I checked the files, it has -1, which means there should be no limit.
If you have no conflicting mods you can unsub, manually delete the mod from the workshop folder and resub. Its a steam problem sometimes it doesn't download the updated mod.

Earth blood is maxing out at 4 units on a full overcast.
(And has been in this mod since 2.4)

"Flesh to Stone" seem to give less physical resistance with this mod than in vanilla, is this intended? :)
