"Terraform" to Tomb World: Planetary Diversity Compatibility

Description
Overview
Have you found yourself in a diverse galaxy, full of worlds that would better off with a healthy glassing "terrestrial resurfacing" from orbit? Those colorful skies are far too cheerful to allow for proper introspection on the dead - and how could they ever be home without comfortingly high levels are background radiation? This mod is an expansion of "Terraform" to Tomb World that adds compatibility with Planetary Diversity (and its submods).

Suggested by NivMizzet Firemind.

Changes
Adds terraforming links to change many any colonizable, non-artificial planet classes from Planetary Diversity (and its submods) into a tomb world (pc_nuked).

What Can't I Nuke?
  • As with the main mod, ecumenopolis planets cannot be converted (directly) to Tomb Worlds
  • Planetary Diversity adds special habitable classes intended only for use as special graphical variations - this mod does not add terraform links, and neither does PD provide any to/from the "display only" planet classes
  • Shrouded worlds - the Shroud is amused by your pitiful displays of material power
  • Most unhabitable planet classes (Hothouses are able to be terraformed when the Terraforming Candidate modifier is present)
  • All unique planet classes (Crystal, etc.) - PD does not allow terraforming these planet classes
Compatibility
Built for Stellaris version 3.6 "Orion." Not compatible with achievements.

Only adds new terraforming links, so it should not conflict with other mods that do not also add terraforming links from and to the same planet classes. This submod adds compatibility for Planetary Diversity.

Required Dependency Mods
Recommended Companion Mods
Not Included in "Subtle Polish"
This mod is intentionally not included in my modpack Subtle Polish: A Collection of Fixes and Enhancements because it a compatibility patch for a specific, additional mod. Will otherwise function alongside Subtle Polish when combined with Planetary Diversity.

Known Issues
Overrides four scripted triggers and one scripted effect from "'Terraform' to Tomb World" in order to add Planetary Diversity support. Expect to see five entries in the error.log file similar to these:

Thanks for the reply. Wasn't sure if the issue was with that mod or this, or if I'd even get a response. I didn't sub to planetary diversity before today so I should have the most recent version, I have all of the submods for it aswell but not sure if that changes things. I've left a comment over there to see if I get any response. If not I can probably check myself. I have other planets I can terraform to what I want in my current game, but that Superhab would be really nice for its size. :)

@Don Capone Pesci Gandolfini it's possible that you don't have the latest version of PD. I checked the code and pc_nuked preference gived 80% habitability on pc_nuked, pc_nuked_tl, pc_nuked_superhab, and pc_nuked_relic. I recommend contacting Gatekeeper (the author of Planetary Diversity) to further investigate - this mod does not alter any species traits or planet classes.

I noticed that even with tomb world preference, terraformed superhabitable planets are 0% habitability. At least, it tells me that if I terraform this wet superhabitable world into a tomb superhabitable world, the habitability would go from 60% to 0% despite my species preferring tomb worlds.

Finally updated for 3.6 "Orion" and all the new features of PD since last May.

While this mod is not update yetd, I believe it should mostly work for 3.6. I believe Detox terraforming (toxic worlds) won't work to make them tomb worlds due to an override in this mod. It may also be missing any new PD planet classes.

This mod will be verified and updated, but after I finish up with my assimilation-related ones.

I'm on 3.2.2 and thinking of moving to 3.6.1. Wanted to add a bunch of your mods to my list including this one. Would this work okay on 3.6.1? Thanks in advance

Finally, I can just make Penal Colonies anywhere

This is awesome. I love how the Shroud world laughs at you. There is a living planet event - I wonder how they would feel about terraforming. "Oh, I could use some work done on my southern penninsula."
