Daytona International Speedway 2022

A virtual representation of Daytona International Speedway. Includes 3 layouts, support for 40 cars, full night time lighting and ready to host endurance racing. Layouts include a super speedway oval and 2 road courses. Track was developed using local scal LiDar for the oval and aerial LiDar data for the road course.

I started work on this track back in 2015 as part of my original patreon campaign to become self-sufficient developing sim racing content. That campaign ultimately failed, I found other work and the track got set aside for a while. End of 2020 I started up the project again and worked hard on it through 2021 along with help from my friends Alex Coutie, Mark Schreiner, Mark Pearce, Jack Locke and Garry Cross. I placed this track on sale start of December 2021 for $10, but as of the time of this posting an official Daytona for RF2 has been announced January 31, 2022. So after a short two months of sells, my hands are tied at this time and now the track is going public for free. If you do enjoy the track, maybe consider a donation either through paypal or using my patreon page. This is far from what I had hoped for when I released this, but I do appreciate all the support I've already had any future support.
