Since Tpf2 doesn't really account for luxury, I don't think that the usual 1:4 in-game/real-life passenger ratio makes sense for these sleeping cars. Using the same 1:1 ratio as in the other mod gives numbers that are more consistent with similarly-sized day cars.
(restaurant cars and salon cars still work fine with the 1:4 ratio).
