Amazing set unfortunately they are locked even though I have pretty much every DLC except for a few. Before I start purchasing additional DLC's to make this function, can you list what DLC's are required for these to work?

These are amazing and I adore them. The continent signs in particular are the best I've seen! Are you planning to do more of them? (Or have you done them somewhere, and I just haven't found them?)
