►The Advanced Campaign Mod - Map Entities Extensions (BETA)
T.A.C.M its an visual edit to the original maps of Left 4 Dead 1 & 2. It reuses models, particle fx, sounds, music , weapons , item spawns , custom events & many more entities to further build on the atmosphere created by original map designers , It also attempts to add a deeper sense of chaos , lawlessness and an appocalyptic vibe to the Left 4 Dead universe.

Note: the script works on Hosted local servers while only supporting the next gamemodes.
"Supported gamemodes": [Coop / Realism / Tank run / Mutation 1,2,3,4,5,7,8,9,10]


►Some of the ideas that have gone into this mod:
⚙️Mess things up (🔥) . but keep things tidy. An apocalypse might be a messy place but you still have to remember not to obstruct the player in the map design sense. When things get really messy, keep the apocalypse over there.

⚙️Balance areas out (🎯). Trying to keep areas equally busy with assets so you don't go from a complex scene to an empty area that often ; visual improvements to the official maps while not changing the gameplay itself that much.

⚙️Experimentation and test play (🔧) The only way you can work out how to best use an asset is to spam them on a map, play it, and identify which one looks the most naturally fitting to the world , Finding that balance between standing out and merging with the map design.

►Disclaimer regarding item spawns (⚙️)
The mod was intended to be used on Expert or Advanced difficulty alongside other Hard-Mode scripts while not taking lower difficulties in mind , so be aware of easier games on those.

►About updates and future changes (🚨)
Consider the addon as (BETA) as many things in the mod are subject to change while keeping compatibility with "[Archived] Random object Spawner" also thanks to "Jetsetwilly II" the author" for giving me permission to keep the mod alive , however do not expect constant updates , this is a fun hobby for me and i want to keep it that way.


Note: All related to RNG routes / RNG prop spawns is thanks to [Archived] Random Object Spawner by Manacat , both works perfectly fine and they complement each other very well.

"Some maps crashes when playing with mods" no screenshots nor a way to somehow know what exactly the game crashing from your part , glad to know...

@Pizza Wizard if you are a veteran u know how strong they are against tanks , their main purpose is to force agroo from them when your team is overwhelmed.while giving u a way to use basic knowledge and bile bombs more strategically.

In map 2 of dead centre there is a fridge halfway sunken into the concrete in the room with the staircase at the beginning of the level when I run this.

Machine guns on the roof of the burger tank in hard rain don't make much sense. You can barely kill anyone with them. Putting the machine gun point in the corner of the blood harvest finale map was a bit of a dumb decision. Normally players are in the ranch or barn, so it would have been better to put the machine gun there. Also additional brownings in death toll and crash course are kinda useless if you are playing with bots. There are too many barrels in the finale of crash course. Bots usually just blow them all up at one shot.

hey, sorry to be a bother, recently one of my friends was having issues with the archived random object spawner making common infected not spawn on some specific L4D1 maps, so is there anything that could be causing it for em?
