Description
Introduction
Yet another "sleep with your spouse" or "impregnate your wife" mod? Yes, but this is a bit more: it's lore-friendly, it has a bit more flavor and isn't just a "make a baby" -button. It gives you multiple ways to go on with the business, and thus gives a bit more roleplaying value. It, for example, has different levels of success and you can be turned down (although it should be rather rare).

It's also a lot more balanced, so you can't spam it and make a hundred babies. Also the stress and opinion effects are not that extreme.


Features
  • Lore-friendly interactions
  • Sleep with your wife, husband, concubine, consort or lover
  • Possible even when the other one is already pregnant or with the same gender
  • Can sleep with partner even if there is no chance of pregnancy—sometimes it can be just about having fun
  • 12-month cooldown so you can't spam it too much
  • Acceptance based on their opinion of you and other multiple conditions (such as being ill reducing it, and being lustful increasing it, etc.)
  • Multiple choices, such as...
    - Have fun: Reduced chance of becoming pregnant, but lose more stress
    - Do something nice: Gain more opinion
    - Try to impregnate: Increased chance of becoming pregnant, but not so much other benefits
  • Chance of becoming pregnant based on your choice and finally on fertility
  • Doesn't remove the original method of randomly becoming pregnant based on fertility
  • Allows to have children even after the normal random chance ends
  • AI won't use it, so it should not affect the overall game balance by changing number of children in general
  • Will not show any nudity if the option is turned off in the Game Settings

The mod was based on Bed Relations 2 by JJack407 and Impregnate Spouse by Der Große König, but I basically rebuilt it from scratch.

cool mod! if you ever want to make it ai friendly and more immersive you could add having the lustful or seducer trait as requirements

I'm not sure. It's based on this mod but they made some changes to it and I haven't tested it. I guess the biggest difference is that you can use the interaction with anyone, while in this one it's restricted to your partners and lovers. (Although I am thinking about making a huge update on this one and this will probably change, but we'll see when I get to that.)

@LordSith Oh, good catch! Apparently I hadn't updated the localization files after my last major patch. Now it should have all languages fully supported. (Translated with ChatGPT so not maybe 100% perfect, but please point out any issues, if you encounter them)

Is it normal that there is no description text for french? The description says it should have a machine translation but in game i only read the "code" for each line of dialogue with tooltips for the ingame effect as usual. EG: first line in some box was "tooltip -2 stress" but description line was a thing like lay_with_partner_desc_xxx .
