@DragonSamurai360 is there any way to modify unit stats without effecting the strength calculations as now the AI just avoids any conflicts ?

@Redrik Yes you will need to start a new game for the mod to work.

Either I'm doing something wrong or the mod doesn't work. Units seem to still have regular stats. Does it require fresh save?

@DragonSamurai360 is there any chance you can make a version of this thats just the military buffs? no economic or campaign buffs
