High Speed Testing Tracks

Including some of my tracks mods that used to do height experiment.

Including:
CRTS II testing track

Specificiations:
VMAX = 510
Ground price = 900 0000 / km
Viaduct = 900 0000 / km
Tunnel = 900 0000 / km
Expensive than the original high speed track in nimby because it is not for common use

Good
