Music City Star F40PH and Gallery Car Pack

Description
(Requires two packs):
Microcosmologist's F40PH Metra 157 'City of Palatine'
Twilight's Pullman Gallery Pack

This pack includes all four M.C.S. F40PHs and all seven of the old Pullman-Standard Gallery cars. One of the locomotives - 381 - famously retained her old Pacific Surfliner livery for many years after joining the Music City Star.

The Music City Star is a commuter rail service in the US state of Tennessee, running for 32 miles from Nashville to Lebanon and serving the following stations:

Nashville Riverfront
Donelson
Hermitage
Mount Juliet
Martha
Hamilton Springs
Lebanon

Service started running on this route in September 2006, and the motive power consists of four second-hand EMD F40PH locomotives, and all of them are ex-Amtrak:

120 - formerly Amtrak 332
121 - formerly Amtrak 398
122 - formerly Amtrak 399
381 - still using her old number

The original coaches were a fleet of seven second-hand Pullman-Standard Gallery cars from Metra in Chicago; four coaches and three cab-cars. Trains consist of one locomotive and either two or three coaches, with the locomotive always being on the Lebanon end, and the cab-car always at the Nashville end.

Throughout 2020, the Music City Star was rebranded as the WeGo Star, and the old Pullman-Standard coaches were replaced by more recent, but still old and second-hand, Budd coaches from Chicago. As of June 2021, three of the F40PHs have been rebuilt and repainted in the WeGo livery, leaving F40PH No. 120 as the last locomotive still in the old Music City Star colours.
