Forgiving Aggressive Expansion (FAE)

Description
This is a simple mod that reduces the impact of aggressive expansion on stability and opinion, and increases decay speed. No longer will you have to wait decades after winning a large war before declaring war again.

Values are:
Impact on stability reduced by 2/3
Base decay x4
Subject loyalty reduction reduced by 3/5
Impact on foreign opinion reduced by 2/3

Sorry for the late response, sure! This is just a quick mod I made with my very basic modding skills, i'd gladly see someone make a more efficient version of it.

Could I get your permission to remake your mod?
The idea is great but the coding makes it incompatible with any other mods that use the 00_hardcoded.txt file, and I could fix that.

I would give you the credit for this mod in the first line of the mod's description.

goose.guy yes as it turned out it was another mod that was using the same file. I have managed to resolve both mod issues, so no problem now

karthikeyan.k132010 are you sure it's not a different mod doing that? It works fine for me and it seems to work fine for many other users. How much do the fort costs go up?
