It is compatible with R-BUS CAT2 (R-BUS is a standard railroad system in Stormworks Japanese community).
The operation method is described in the instruction manual of the seat.

Boiler Water Volume goes to zero when the water inside the boiler turns into steam.
Don't worry, there is nothing wrong with the performance.
