Realistic Humansounds HAR Patch

A very simple patch that allows "some" HAR races to express their pain with sounds.
Because this patch has to be done for each race, so I only patched the ones that I subscribed(Right, only weeb races included and you can judge me for that).
If the race that you want to patch is not on the list, you can try to do it by yourself using the same format. If you really have no idea how that works, you can leave a comment below, and I will update the mod when I see it.

I have the patches ready for Anty and Dragonian, but since they have their death sounds, I commented on the codes.

The original mod is made by LimitedS.
The 1.2 update is made by Mile.
