Adds new effects to tarot cards that don't do anything with Tarot Cloth.

• Adds new effects for the 16 tarot cards that do nothing with Tarot Cloth.
  
• Works with Co-op.
  
• Works with Mod Config Menu and External Item Descriptions mods.
  

0. The Fool: Rewinds the in-game timer to when the player first entered the floor.
XII. The Hanged Man: Grants the Pinking Shears effect.
XVIII. The Moon: Gives the player a bomb and a key.
XIX. The Sun: Removes all curses except Curse of the Labyrinth.*
XXI. The World: Reveals the Super Secret Room and the Ultra Secret Room.
R-I. The Magician?: Doubles the effect duration.
R-II. The High Priestess?: Doubles the effect duration.
R-IV. The Emperor?: Spawns one of each type of locust the first time the player enters the extra boss room.
R-VII. The Chariot?: Gain spectral and piercing tears for the duration of the effect.
R-IX. The Hermit?: Gives the player the effect of the Counterfeit Penny trinket for the room.*
R-XI. Strength?: Enemies get much slower.
R-XIII. Death?: Spawns a friendly Revenant.
R-XV. The Devil?: Gives the player an additional Seraphim follower.
R-XVIII. The Moon?: Gives the player a bomb and a key.
R-XIX. The Sun?: Gives the player a flat 20% damage boost.
R-XXI. The World?: The crawlspace will contain a path to the "I AM ERROR" room.

This mod is integrated with Mod Config Menu. You can choose which of these Tarot Cloth effects you want in your game and which ones to exclude.

I am trying to give these cards a bonus effect that is about as powerful as the bonus effects for the base game.
The only cards that will be given a new bonus are the tarot cards, I will not be adding bonuses for any other types of cards/runes.

• BUG: This mod does not work well with the mod Mod Profiler due to the way that mod copies this mod's callbacks. There may be unintended effects if you use these two mods together.
  
• I have not been able to test this mod with online co-op, only local. Leave a bug report if you have any issues with online co-op.
  
• Currently, English is the only language that this supports with External Item Descriptions.
  
• If you continue a run where your character is in the middle of a card effect (e.g. you are still a statue from R-VII. The Chariot?), the continued run will not have the Tarot Cloth bonus for the remainder of that effect.
  
• If you already entered a crawlspace on a floor and then use R-XXI. The World?, you may need to exit and re-enter the crawlspace for the path to the "I AM ERROR" to appear.
