Arcane Unforging is probably the most disappointing spell in the game. It has a really cool name and a great idea behind it, but is completely overpriced, too short ranged, and doesn't actually do enough to make it worthwhile. This mod buffs it up by a decent amount.

Now, when cast, Arcane Unforging reduces the winds of magic recharge of the target and causes fatigue in them. When overcast, all these effects are amplified noticeably, including the (expected) damage against single entity units.

Furthermore, the cost of both the basic and the overcast versions were cut from 17/20 -> 14/17 so that it's not so prohibitively expensive to use.

To counterbalance these buffs, it's wind up time was increased from 5 -> 6 seconds and it's cooldown from 52 -> 64 seconds.

All told it is still a situational spell, but is much more effective in the situation it was designed for.
