Fort Mirage Expanded (+World States)

Description
Hello!

This mod brings an expanded Fort Mirage, and some world states to it.

-It starts as the main United Heroes League's Outpost. Its guarded by many, many city heroes, and has armories and storages.

-After killing Lord Mirage (Who now wears mercenary plate and a turban), this base will fall to the sand ninjas, who will stock it with their equipment and materials.

-If the Great Desert Oni (The Sand Ninja's leader in this fort) is killed, the rebel farmers will claim this place. It will also transform it to a town, with shops, a bar and some buildings on sale.

-The death of Emperor Tengu (after the death of the Great Desert Oni) puts this fort under Empire Peasants' control. With then comes a police barracks and free traders.

-If Simion is killed (after the death of the Great Desert Oni), this fort will be taken by the United Cities, opening UC shops and a UC barracks.

-If Emperor Tengu and Simion are killed (after the death of the Great Desert Oni), this place will be taken by the Tech Hunters, opening ronin shops.

This is a really nice addition to the great desert, a cool new layout and interesting world states, well done!

im having a weird issue as well, ive killed lord mirage, the oni, and boss simion, however the city isnt changing to UC control. its remaining under rebel farmer control for some reason.

despite that hiccup im loving this mod, trying to solo the united city heroes was great and i accidentally powerleveled toughness to 93 while doing it.

Hmm, it seens to be that living world overrides this mod's world states. I could try making a submod that would be a patch for conflicts between both, but first I need to now if you would like to keep living world's world states, or do you prefer to have the ones that comes with this mod?
