Description

Adding new TECH Nautical Science! Portugal is Nau Module 4.

For Portugal, Naval units are able to enter the ocean early at Nautical Science.

Navigation school is now unlocked at this new tech (Nautical Science), mutually exclusive with the university.

This mods adds new ships:
- Dhow (for everyone)
- Junk (replaces Dhow for China)
- Barca (replaces Dhow for Portugal)
- Caravela Latina (Unique for Portugal)

Dhow upgrades from Galley and upgrades to Caravel, adding a missing naval melee unit in the middle

PS: To use this, disable Portugal is Nau!
In the future, all modules summed => Portugal is Nau!
