Description
These are maps compiled and edited by me to push the Source Engine's static light system to its limits, along with 256x256 resolution cubemaps (in contrast to the default 32x32). Expect file sizes to be enormous and performance to be poor; there's a reason why other mappers don't do this!

Brush lightmap scale in these ranges from 1-3, with 1 being the sharpest and 3 being softer/lower res (the default lightmap scale is a relatively high 16, older maps may use 32 or even 64 in some areas). Displacement lightmaps are usually in the double digits due to engine limitations. Some modifications may be done to the maps to squeeze as much lightmap resolution out of them as possible, this shouldn't be noticeable though.
