Plattenbau (HAL IW70 P2-11 Halle-Unterplan)

From Cities Skyline Creator MeisterMonis, this is the modified version of the normal P2-11, only to be seen at Halle Unterplan, in the DDR. This block has been planned and built in Halle, hence the first three letters "HAL". "IW" stands for "Industrieller Wohnungsbau" or "Industrial apartment construction", "70" indicating the year the blocks have been planned. "P2-11" specifies that the "P2" prefab-standard was used, the "11" states the maximum amount of floors.

Capacity: 272 workers (based on 2 per apartment)
Quality: 94%
