Description
Fun city park with playground, picknick/party area, chessarea and beautification. Connectable from all sides with paths. Great for use in a grid.

Lots of assets with seating places used (including some of the playground equipment!). Also placed invisible paths and 'hangaround markers', so there's a lot of activity in the park!

- Anarchy needed for placing.
- Groundtextures may look different depending on the map theme (see last screenshot, compared to the other screenshots)
- Lot of additional assets/subscribtions to make the park work, but definitely worth it!
