You can find the Units/Vehicles like Independent/Police Faction.
The Police Buildings are in Empty/Police Building.
All the Units/Vehicles/Weapons/Building were Tested in the MP game, They Work fine!

Command to AI:
lightbar 1' mode to active:
_policecar setvariable ["lights1on", true];nul =[_policecar] spawn police_FNC_M1;
to deactive:
_policecar setVariable ["lights1on", false];
lightbar 2' mode to active:
_policecar setvariable ["lights2on", true];nul =[_policecar] spawn police_FNC_M2;
to deactive:
_policecar setVariable ["lights2on", false];
Siren to active:
_policecar setvariable ["sirenon", true];nul =[_policecar] spawn police_FNC_PS;
to deactive:
_policecar setVariable ["sirenon", false];
