Legacy of Rome Expanded

Omschrijving
This mod greatly expands upon the features of the Legacy of Rome DLC, and provides much more flavor for Roman pretenders.

Below is a summary of the features of this mod.

Holy Roman Empire
The Holy Roman Empire lacked a lot of flavor in vanilla. It's basically just a glorified Germania, and can do little to actually advance the Roman cause. This mod aims to put it on equal footing with the Byzantines themselves.
-The Holy Roman Empire is now eligible to restore the actual Roman Empire! Just hold the HRE title and control the key Roman duchies, and you'll be able to bring the old realm back! The Roman Empire will even get Princely Elective succession when you create it from the HRE.
-In the Old Gods bookmark (867 start date), you can now form the HRE as a non-German. The requirements are the same as forming the HRE in the 769 start date and will result in part of Italy being ceded to the Pope.
-If you start from The Old Gods or Iron Century bookmarks, there will now be an actual event broadcast when the Holy Roman Empire is formed, letting all rulers know about it (the 769 HRE decision already has a corresponding event to it per vanilla so it has been excluded).
-The AI will have a much easier time forming the Holy Roman Empire in all start dates where it does not exist.
-If the HRE already exists, any Catholic/Fraticelli/Latin Emperor who controls Rome or other substantial parts of Italy can "Proclaim Translatio Imperii" to get a claim on the HRE for themselves. After usurping the title in this way, you will then get a decision that lets you absorb your primary title's De Jure lands into the HRE, or vice versa.
-If you have my "Feudal Governments Expanded" mod, creating the Roman Empire via the HRE will let you continue using the Confederate government type.

Western Roman Empire
-If the Holy Roman Empire does not exist, any Emperor of Italia can create a "Western Roman Empire" by decision. The requirements are mostly identical to the 769 HRE creation decision, but the ruler's religion does not matter and instead they must have a culture from the Latin culture group. They will still need to be Christian or Hellenic to restore the Roman Empire this way.
-The Holy Roman Empire's name will change to "Western Roman Empire" if someone other than a Catholic or Fraticelli ruler takes power.

Rum
the Sultanate of Rum exists in vanilla start dates, but you're not actually able to form it as a player. This mod gives you a decision to do so, and even more than that allows you to use this title to create the actual Roman Empire as a Muslim!
-First of all, Rum's title name is now properly accented as "Rûm" in-game!
-You will now be able to form the historical Sultanate of Rûm if you are a Muslim (of King rank or lower) and completely control 10 or more de jure duchies in the kingdoms of Anatolia, Armenia, Thrace, and/or Trebizond.
-If you then take Constantinople (plus a few other key duchies and counties; requirements are identical to vanilla "Restore Byzantium" decision), you will be able to form a "Rûmi Empire" by decision! It will use the same realm color as Rûm in EU4 along with a custom COA based off the HRE's two-headed eagle.
-Once you form the Rûmi Empire, you will be able to create and adopt a unique Rûmi culture by right-clicking on your character portrait. This culture uses Byzantine GFX, Persian names, and Altaic/Iranian retinues.
-With the Rûmi Empire created, you will then be eligible to create the Roman Empire by controlling its key duchies! (you must stay as a Muslim or go Hellenic to do so, however)
-Muslim rulers of the Roman Empire are now eligible for the "Imperial Borders Restored" event, and Rûmi rulers of the RE are eligible for the "Roman Renaissance" decision.

Roman Empire
-The Roman Empire will now have a reddish realm color to distinguish it from the Byzantine Empire (since both can be active at once with this mod).
-the Byzantine "Imperial Diadem" artifact can now be worn as the Roman Emperor. The Reichskrone should be wearable as well I believe as long as you stay Catholic.
-I've applied the Government Flavors from my "Real Imperial Administration" mod to the Byzantine/Roman Empire. In vanilla, Rome with the Imperial Government type only has one possible flavor type.
-Restoring the Roman Empire as a Merchant Republic will give you a little event that changes your realm name to "Roman Republic".

Other
-I've added a rule to the rulescreen, "Rome's Coat of Arms Behavior" that allows the Roman Empire to inherit its COA from the HRE or from the Rûmi Empire, depending on which one you reform it from.
-The HRE and ERE both get a player-only "Adopt Roman Standard" decision. For the HRE this will give it its default COA (since it can be overridden by that of other Empires when formed) and for the ERE this will give it the same COA as the Nicene Empire.
-This mod incorporates all the features of my "HRE Frame for Roman States" mod, with added support for the Rumi Empire. You can check that mod out here: https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2866648191

Thanks everyone, hope you enjoy!

I really wish this mod was compatible with HIP, because the Rumi Empire is such a great concept. I just despise vanilla way too much to play it. Sigh.....
