Description
While Anom might have been a bit too harsh in addressing vanilla moons (I for one will never get tired of the adrenaline rush that is being chased around by the erchius ghost), I do feel that moons are indeed a bit empty and overly-specialized. Amusingly enough, before Anom released his "less dead moons" mod, I was actually thinking about a lunar overhaul update to my main mod (project redemption) for some time. He inadvertently did the bulk of the work for me in a way, so I just needed to add my own touches to his work :P

What this mod adds:
- Three new lore codices covering erchius (found as loot in the microdungeons, also obtainable in the others tab of the bookstore when using the bookstore mod and it's codex addon)
- A new consumable that renders the player temporarily immune to the erchius ghost or prevents its spawn entirely (can be either crafted at the apothocary or found as loot)
- A new weather effect, micrometeorites, replacing meteor showers on the moon (no more need for this mod anymore!)
- New lines of dialogue to less dead moon's friendly npcs for additional lore
- Lunar base object blueprints added to the loot table, including the missing chest, door, and hatch!
- The ability to refine erchius crystal blocks into liquid erchius fuel at the Refinery
- A new augment that permanently renders you immune to the erchius ghost, obtained at Treasured Trophies
- Minor tweaks to Less Dead Moons
(Note: this mod replaces the astronaut set in the rare loot table, I felt like it should remain a mining facility exclusive cosmetic set)

FAQ:

Q: Is this mod FU compat-

A: Yes, absolutely! As long as less dead moons remains compatible with FU, this mod should too

Q: Does this mod actually require project redemption? what about less dead moons?

A: While this mod wouldn't add much more than the crafting recipe for moonscreen and micrometeorites without less dead moons, it doesn't need project redemption at all. I'm just shamelessly plugging my mod there since this all was originally supposed to be an update for project redemption.

Q: Why are you a moontant?

A: Moontant? What moontant?

Credits: Anomnom for this mod's thumbnail and some of the assets, Silver sokolova for the moonscreen buff's lua, you for subscribing to this mod, and lastly CF for creating this wonderful game in the first place!

@A Fox on the Internet in actuality, this mod technically can run without less dead moons as well, which in that case means you'll only get the micrometeorites, moonscreen recipe, and the anti-ghost augment. The codices can still be obtained too if you use the Bookstore mod + its codex addon

Quick clarification: I specifically don't want the less dead moons stuff. The only thing from this mod that I want right now is the micrometeorite. However, I am planning to download the Project Redemption mod at some point in the future.

It would be awesome if you would release a standalone mod that just does the micrometeorites. I've been building on a moon and wound up having to download a mod that disables meteorite damage. I'm currently hesitant to add more world-gen mods as the universe my most recent set of characters exists in(Both mechanically and canonically) is already fairly established.

The massive meteors are better for the extremely hazardous volcanic planets rather than empty moons(where the only threat is a colossal ghost that just serves as a time limit ala splunky), anyway.

@Mabra the meteorites were replaced for moons here for practical reasons, they're well more common on moons than they are on volcanic planets and would likely cause instances where a microdungeon would be completely destroyed before you could loot it. Using a mod that would disable tile damage for meteors would work to resolve this of course, but I'm not a fan of having their destructive nature neutered, so I just replaced them with a non-destructive variant instead.

Would be better if it didn't removed the meteorites.

@Magicoal It'll work fine with that mod installed, but with it Moonscreen becomes useless.

Is this mod reccommend with or without the erchius ghost removal
