They all cost me money, do you know how to make them not unique?

@Tomoxx With RICO, construction is free (if I'm not confusing anything). The cost is only shown if the building works as Unique, and I calculated it as an average for unique buildings.

oh I understand, don't really know much about the technicalities of zones and specially what RICO can be used for.

Another question, why the price, is it normal for RICO buildings to be high cost to plop including zone based buildings or is it unique to you?

@Tomoxx They are larger in area than the maximum allowable 4x4 cells for zoned buildings. Therefore, they cannot be zoned assets. Without RICO they only work as Unique.

Are these buildings only ploppable through RICO? Is it not possible to make them district style and make them appear naturally through zoning or something?

@Bigchicken when you click on the building as game plays you should see the RICO icon, click on that and you'll be brought into the RICO settings menu
