Galactic market trade all resources

All resources are available to trade on galactic and internal market, added new trade resource:
+nanites, +influence, +unity, +minor artifacts
+galactic/internal market window size slightly enlarged
+larger technology windows size
+wider sliders

tested with Stellaris version 2.8

strategic resources on internal market was tradable only if:
- empire has resource income higher than 0
- empire has income 0 but has some source of strategic resource eg.: mining station for exotic gases, Exotic Gas Refineries ...

internal market change:
if amount of strategic resources is at least 1 or more resources will be available for trade

galactic market change:
- new resources added for trade +nanites, +influence, +unity, +minor artifacts

Graphic changes:
- because market has more resources for trade it was necessary slightly to enlarge window size to prevet overlapping
- technology window is larger
- sliders are wider

Important: because new resources are marked as tradable they will appear in trade window with other empires eg. you can ask to trade influence for food (yes empires like food :)) How this will affect the political climate of the galaxy remains to be seen.

This is how it always worked (no changes):
(strategic resources appear on galactic market if any empire which is also galactic community member has access to galactic market and has:
- resource income at least +1 (eg. exotic gases, zro...)
- at least 1 strategic resource (does not need to have income) (eg. has 1 minor artifact, 1 zro, ...)
- galactic market prices and resources are shared for all galactic community members

- add translation for other languages
- add icon 32x32 for galactic market (small icon is available only)

NOTE: resources are checked every month to be unlocked, it may take 1-2 months to appear on market

Manticore1989's fix seems to work in that it keeps Resource.gfx while getting rid of the errors. However, if Technology.gui is optional I'd still take it out - it's causing display artifacts on the Tech selection screen.

I don’t really know how to make mods, but the market has worked for me, for everyone who needs a fix in their profile, I have a link to google drive, download the archive and unpack it in the Steam\steamapps\workshop\content\281990 folder to replace the old files. Did the fix for myself so no complaints.

What side effects are there if I just rip "resource.gfx" from the mod folder? The benefit seems to be that I got rid of those pink ERRORS in the Diplomacy screen.

Something I noticed with this mod after nearly two years of headscratching but it removes the auto research function of the Positronic AI tech. If this mod is ever updated that might be something to look into.

I use this with Alphamod/Stellaris reborn, and I have 50 different resources. Is there a way to change the layout so there are more than three columns in the market?
