- A selection of round corner blocks, and elliptical curve blocks, with inside and outside corners
- Rounded corner to slope and square back trasnsitions in 1-3m lengths.
- Circle and semicircle disk blocks, in 3-11m odd number diameters
- Some nose and tail shapes - pyramids, ogives, and boat tails with round-to-square transition pieces

Update 2/22/22

-Fixed some minor bugs:
5x4m Left Triangle Corners are labelled properly
Fixed drag issues on 3m beam slopes
3x3x1 curve-to-square transitions should have the correct hitbox size now

Alloy, Metal, Heavy Armor, Glass, Stone, and Rubber are all included in this mod. There are 513 unique shapes in total (including left/right versions) for a total of 3,591 new blocks added in this mod. They blocks are arranged in nested menus added to each standard block type. Look for the mega slopes pack button the the very top right corner of each block type. An array of blocks, and the submenus are located there.

Although I have spent countless hours on this mod, I have not been able to go over every single face of the 513 block types in all of the materials, so be on the lookout for errors, and comment here to let me know, thanks.

TO INSTALL:
1. From the main starting menu, hit the "content" tab at the top.
2. In the "mods" section of that menu, hit the "download" button. A list of subscribed mods should appear there.
3. Click the button for Mega Slopes Pack, and a new window should appear.
4. Scroll to the bottom of that window, and hit the "save mod in (new) folder MegaSlopesPack" button.
5. You will likely need to restart the game, and then the new menus should show up.

The blocks are placed in additional menus at the very top right of each included block type's menu. For example, go to blocks --> metal and there should be a "mega slopes pack - metal" menu added.

Anyone using this mod may want to check out the V2 version:

https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2831167383

This adds about 1100 additional shapes, including triangle and inverse corners up to 4m tall in the 3rd dimension, along with more gradual slope transitions and offsets, and many more curve block options. It has been split up into two smaller mods this time, a "common" materials version, and a second with everything else. Lead is also included this time. Make sure to note the install notes on each mod's page.

A Suggestion i have is to have blocks of half height I.E 1*2*0.5 along with the inverse. I love the wedge block this game has allowing us to put a corner in the middle of an odd wide object but a side effect is that its steeper then the 1*2 so i effective get a slight bulge at the front of my ship before the point as i cant have a 1*2 vertically that is thin enough to stretch length ways and have it be steeper then 45 degrees. If you are confused i am happy to upload my ships hull so i can show you exactly what i mean.
An example from another game is space engineers, it has half blocks and their slopes and corners.

YES!!! Thank you! After spending an hour or 2 doing the tutorials and went into free build i noticed after a build the cross section of my hull that there were no X*X only 1*X blocks meaning i couldnt make a curver that went past 45 degrees. Coming from stormworks that had 1x1 1x2 1x4 2x2 2x4 and 4x4 as the only slope options i thought that this games inclusion of things like wedges square backed corners and 3*X blocks would make it easier and look nicer, only to go "well now how the fuck do i make this? i cant build curves on more then one dimension".

I normally wait untill ive experienced the base game before i use mods so i can tell when something is and isnt modded but this mod will forever be enabled.

Will there be icons in the future? It's kind of a headache trying to find the right piece right now

Absolutely amazing for building! The 5m beam blocks are amazing because 4m blocks are great for their length and durability, but they have no center block unlike the 3m variant!

My only complaint there isn't a 5m beam slope in here. Vanilla has a 4m beam slope and this must-have mod adds 2m & 3m beam slopes, but not a 5m beam slope!

i suggest you to add 5-8m versions of applique panels

I noticed that some of the larger pieces get cracy high health boni, up to +320% for 8x8 pieces. Pretty OP. I have not tried it yet, but it might break game balance massively. I already suggested to cap the bonus at max. 20% in the official FTD suggestion forum. But perhaps there is something you can do on your side?

Just put out a new release, should cover most of the errors currently in this comments section.

Major update with new blocks and menu re-arrangements is planned, may take a good while though.

Just a quick note, the 3m beam slope for metal and alloy appears to have incorrect drag settings when mirrored. This causes some of my gaster thrustercraft to list one way when trying to go straight. Replacing them with regular 1m slopes fixes the issue, and the drag view does show the mirrored beam slope having much higher drag than its unmirrored counterpart.
