Reasonable Abundance - Better Sandbox Settings for Foraged Items

Description
Fixes "Nature's Abundance" Sandbox Setting

In the vanilla game, scavenge zones refill ridiculously quickly (a few days) regardless of what setting you choose for "Nature's Abundance". The setting only adjusts how much you actually find per visit, but that hardly matters when zones refill so fast that you never need to walk further than a few hundred yards to find a fresh spot.

How dreary!

This mod makes the Nature's Abundance setting instead affect how long it takes for a zone to refill.
Now you might have to actually leave your backyard to find greener pastures!

Hi, could you make a version of this, which makes "nature's abundance" affect both item quantity AND refill rates? I'm used to playing with low quantity, but I also want slower respawns

we need to find sticks on every tile

I'm not certain that the new system even has a depletion mechanic, but then again I can't look under the hood that well.

Does the new system replenish the available resources just as fast as the old one or is it a base chance dependent on the area, your skill and the set abundancy, but not if you've been there recently?

I've been running test games to find mods that work and don't. When I ran this I didn't get any errors thrown up but I also didn't see any changes in the amount of stuff I find. Probably not needed anymore. I'm not going to run any detailed tests, so if anyone else wants to, would love to know your results.

I haven't tested, but I'd be pretty surprised if it still worked.

Is this still useful with the new foraging system?

This should be pretty safe to add or remove from existing saves. However, you should ALWAYS back up your save before attempting to change your modlist on an existing game, just to be safe.

Can I enable it mid-save?
