Description
Reversed plain Two-Way highway.

This is part of a set of roads where the lanes are "reversed" so that you can build left hand traffic in a right hand map.
Not all roads are present, only the most common useful variants.

One possible use is also when designing a somewhat crude version of a so called "diverging diamond" interchange.

I think that the yield issue is built into the game engine since it's not possible to configure on the roads.

it seems like the game is treating the road like its right hand traffic, even though the cars are driving on the left side of the road, they are yielding to cars that they don't need to yield to to turn left. Additionally in TMPE "Allow left on red" does not show up because it thinks the road is right hand traffic, and it does not register that the left turns do not cross other traffic.

@alfonsoamiguel It was quite some effort to get all this done, it's a lot of things that have to be swapped around. But I can see what I can do. I'll need to figure out a good 1+2 asymmetrical to "swap". For some reason the Network Extensions roads aren't possible for me, something with the texture.

Cool! I tried to do this but I was getting errors lol, could you please do 1+2 asymmetrical? :D
