Better UI Scaling

Description
Prevents windows from going out of screen bounds when playing with increased UI scaling.

Lets you scroll or move most windows.
Adds zoom and pan for lifestyles and legaceies (with right-click).
Makes some lists more compact.

Tested at 130% scaling at 1920x1080.

I also use Brighter Text, makes it easier to read.

Hey, i found a fix for the problem of CV_TAB_VASSALS, putting UI BETTER SCALING at the bottom of the load order in the Paradox launcher seemed to solve the problem! thank you a lot for your mod

seems this mod is causing the council tasks to overlap with the appoint button. so i cannot set the top task for councilers.

@deausiflack Do you happen to use the More Game Rules mod together with the Regional Immersion and Cultural Enrichment (RICE) mod? For me, the pink buttons disappeared after I disabled More Game Rules.

I playing in SteamDeck and use together with Automagic Architect: The Lazy Lord's Construction Tool mod and feel very very lag even crash does anyone have same problem?

friend on the character ui screen when you have more then 2 grandparents to display it ends up like this https://imgur.com/a/bVSTYz9 is there anyway you can make that look better ?

Hey hey, yes I am playing on 1.16 and the task icons were just pink squares. I'll reinstall the mod to see if that'll fix it
