Adds the Abyssal-Sirens to CivV led by the Harbor Princess from Kantai Collection.

There to help assist her is the Siren Empress from Azur Lane.

- - - TRAIT - - -
From the Depths:
+1 Belief. Can embark and cross Oceans immediately. -66 Naval cost. Naval units can cross all terrain, rival territory, and Ice. Stay alive if 0 cities. Land units strong vs all but weak to Seige, Gun, and armor units.

The Abyssal fleet from Kancolle fell into a different dimension and found a likely ally, the Sirens from Azur Lane. The Sires have also been transported to the same dimension like the Abyssal Fleet and with no way to survive, both unite in pursuit to establish a foothold in these new waters. The Harbor Princess leads the Abyssal-Sirens with the help of the Siren Empress... just how will this alliance survive? Will it last? or will it crumble? You decide.

As of now, I shall altering the code so that this mod will be able to work without the "Anime Universal Units" mod and thus I will be removing the "Anime Universal Units" from the required list.

I think there is a bug that cause some units don't promote on its later versions. For example Submarine Princes isn't upgradable to New SS Princes
