The Marcus Brothers Miniboss mod is a roaming group of elite enemies that can appear in champion(lv. 5) Ruins quests.

There's a town event that occurs once the player has 4 lv 5 heroes and is past week 12. This town event triggers a medium length plot quest in the ruins that has a guaranteed encounter with the Marcus Brothers. After completing this quest, the Marcus Brothers have a 6% chance to appear an any champion Ruins quest.

There are a total of 4 trinkets you can obtain from beating the Marcus Brothers. The first two times you beat them, you get two of these trinkets. Every time after that, you get 2 Very Rare trinkets.
