Lore:
It is 1961 and Ceanwu Republic is struggling heavily. After previous leader of the
country fled behind the western border, inspectors from eastern block are shocked
with the state of the republic. Not only previous leader is a traitor, but he
completely ruined the economy by poor leadership and corruption. His plan to build
a highway from capital city Heřmanice to important transport city Ústí failed big
time. Only first part was finished with two tunnels, both priced at more than
200 000 rubles, rest is just a dirt road, and whole highway is now swamped with
bushes and vegetation. Same goes for a lot of roads. Once fully functional, now
with broken asphalt and vegetation growing on them, some even completely disappearing.
Due to practically non-existent maintenance, few bridges collapsed.
There was also plan for a railway track from capital to Volunceava custom house,
but again, only a small part and two really expensive tunnels were build, leaving
the construction abandoned.
Effort to develop some industry was made, expensive geological research was done
around capital to find new resources and while succeding in this effort, even
building uranium mine Rožná I and coal mine Dukla, research came to waste in the end,
because both mines never took off and it was just another nail in the coffin of economy.
Struggling population at least managed to start crops fields around the country by
themselves and they have to process everything by hand, since most of the electrical
system of country collapsed a long time ago.
Now you have been chosen to manage the whole country yourself, given grant of 3 million
rubles (recommended) and now bring back Ceanwu Republic to its former glory.

I added a lot of new features to the map, including old quarries, swamps and even a few easter eggs.
