No not exactly, these were intended to be just for decoration in places where an in game one cant be placed. However I tried, and you can cover most of the in game ones. Im sure you can find some creative way to make it work :)

It sometimes takes a while for things to show up, blueprints do that too. It's a Steam issue I think.

how to add toolkit item? i subscribed by nothing changes in my toolkit item still nothing here
