Adds Germany to CivV led by Deutchland Hetalia.

There to help assist him would be Bismarck from Kantai Collection, Maho and Miho from Girls und Panzer, Gertrud Barkhorn from Strike Witches, WA2000 from Girls Frontline, and Kiana Kaslana from Honkai Impact 3rd.

Trait: +1 Belief. Encampments +units and 25 Gold. -25% land unit cost. Bomber Units +Air Logistics promotion. Gun units +Blitzkrieg promotion. -10% EX for next promotion. +50% Great Scientist. x2 trade route length and number. +25% Worker Speed.

As of now, I shall altering the code so that this mod will be able to work without the "Anime Universal Units" mod and thus I will be removing the "Anime Universal Units" from the required list.
