WCML North 1997 when Regional / Provincial / Sectorisation and Intercity colours were prevalent, just before Privatisation colours started to appear.
Locomotives that feature:
DIESEL: Class 08 RES, Regional Class 142 Pacer, Class 158, Freightliner Class 57, HST Swift
ELECTRIC: Class 86, Class 303, Class 325 EMU
WAGON PACK: Laeeks 553 Wagon Pack

You also require the WCML Over Shap Route and the European Loco & Asset Pack
