Description
This Mod adds Italy led by Italy from Hetalia Axis Powers. To assist him would be Littorio from Kantai Collection, Anchovy from Girls und Panzer, francesca lucchini from Strike Witches, and Carcano M1891 from Girls FrontLine leading other member from their respective factions.

===Trait===
Viva L'Italia:

+1 Belief. Units don't anger CS's. Kills give + Culture. -10% Culture for Social policies. +15% Great Artists, Musicians and Writers in Golden Ages. 2x Tourism. Buildings in Capital +10% Production.

As of now, I shall altering the code so that this mod will be able to work without the "Anime Universal Units" mod and thus I will be removing the "Anime Universal Units" from the required list.

@독도는한국땅 , it is a very offesive show. Not going to lie. If anyone would lead the nation of Italy in anime.... unfortunately it would be him. What is even more unfortunate, is that I have more Anime mods led by Hetalia characters.
