Description
Adds the United Kingdom to CivV led by Britain Hetalia.

There to help him would be Warspite from Kantai Collection, Darjeeling from Girls und Panzer, Lee Enfield from Girls Frontline, Artoria Pendragon from Fate, and Lynette Bishop from Strike Witches leading other members of their respective British factions.

A Force For Good:
+1 Belief. Naval units +2 Movement, get Supply promotion, and -50% maintenance. + 1 Spy. +10% Combat and +1 Movement, +10% GP generation, +30% Influence to CS's by Gifting GP.

As of now, I shall altering the code so that this mod will be able to work without the "Anime Universal Units" mod and thus I will be removing the "Anime Universal Units" from the required list.
