@Noctrexium Yes.

@algernon If, for example, I don't want absolutely uneducated adults at all, should I just plop lvl 4 and 5 buildings?
algernon  [author] Jan 12, 2023 @ 2:37pm
@Noctrexium Not directly, but you can do so by plopping buildings of the relevant level, e.g. level 1 buildings for uneducated immigrants, level 4 or 5 for highly-educated, etc.

Sorry if I'm being a bit annoying but is there a way to modify the immigrants' education levels by myself?

Stable branch has been restored (it had been hidden, but wasn't removed from the workshop); not sure what happened there, so will blame either my fat fingers or a playful toddler on my phone.

I've been travelling and am only just starting to catch up on comments now (I have several hundred across multiple mods, plus Discord) - I'll get to these when I can.

Wouldn't removing the mod be the same as the mod being installed yet not working properly. It may not be a situation where it crashes or breaks the game, right?

in my save the death wave happened after removing the mod, which I had to do because it showed an error message that wouldn't go away. So I'm guessing that if your game actually runs, the mod was disabled or removed
