Half-Life: 2 Weapons for Alyx (No-VR)

Description
As of Right now, I am not Able to Include Custom Weapon Scripts, meaning, right now, you can only get the SMG1, AR2, Crowbar without a Viemodel and the Grenade.
I will look into improving it Further.

The Currently only Map, the Weapons are Supported on, is the included "startmap" Map.

I will work on Supporting the HLA Maps.


By Subscribing to this Addon, you are going to get the Half-Life 2 Weapon-Arsenal back.

To use my Mod, you have to add -novr to the Launch Commands.
After that, you need to start the game and wait until the Valve logo is done,
and the game Menu opens in the Map.
(Control the Menu by Aiming at the wanted Menu-Entry and pressing E)
Then select and enable the Addon as usual.
Then when Starting a New Game, Select the Map you want to Use.


Im not going to continue with this mod, its as is

ok 1 i havent even installed this because you can have the half life 2 weapones cool but no vr exuse me HALF LIFE ALYX WAS MADE FOR VR the reasone everthing a pistol is cause it would be hard to use the weapones that were in half life 2 in vr

I have slowly figured out some console commands to make novr feel at home if you want quick access to the weapons just bind them to f1 and givecurrentammo 1000 to f2 (bind "f1" give weapon_smg1) (bind "f2" givecurrentammo 1000)

If you want to use them on any map open the console and type in give weapon_smg1 or give weapon_ar2

most of the weapons dont actually work just the smg ar2 and shotgun
