- IMPORTANT -
"European / Vanilla" style needs to be enabled in Content Manager beforehand. Otherwise, half of the city will be empty.

Go to Main Menu > Select "Content Manager" > Select "Styles" > Check "European / Vanilla"

I made this city after the release of Sunset Harbor DLC as a DLC/CCP showcase. Haikara features three distinct cultural districts (Asian, European and American/Australian), inspired by districts of Tokyo, Hong Kong, Sydney, South Island region of New Zealand, St Louis, London, Paris, Amsterdam and Budapest, with a shared industrial zone.

What is Haikara? In Finnish, it means, "Heron". In Japanese, it means "high-collar", or modern, contemporary and progressive. Haikara was chosen the name of the city because like its definitions, the city is culturally diverse.

Disclaimer - This is a mod-free "vanilla" gamesave. You will still need the required DLC's and CCP's to run the city.

* All DLC's including Sunset Harbor, with the exception of Deluxe Edition Upgrade Pack. See full list on side panel.
