Like what Majoras Vox mentioned before, he needs the Mod creators' permission before he can do that. Here's an example, I know of a modder on the nexus going by the name Daejones, he made The Colossus/XV series Power armor Mods, the coolest, most badass power armor collections to have ever Graced the Capital Wasteland and the Mojave. He has mentioned on one of his mod pages that he would be happy to let others use his power armor mods, but you have to contact him first because his armors use textures and resources from other modders.

@Mark - Glad you are enjoying the mod, I'm afraid I wouldn't be able to port those as I would need permission do to so from the orignal mod creator. In this case the permissions were there before I put this for public use
