Description
Zenobia was the empress of the Palmyrene Empire. She rebelled against the roman empire and spread Palmyra's borders to the largest extent in it's history.

Imperial Aspirations
  • Encampment, Theatre Square, Campus and Commercial Hub districts grant +1 Great Person Point of their type in cities with an Established Governor.
  • +25% Production towards Heavy Cavalry units in all cities, increased to +50% in conquered cities.

Paideia
  • Dislikes her neighbours and wants to conquer their lands. Likes Civilizations that collect Great People.

@GeloDGreat This is an Alternate Leader, meaning it uses all the same uniques as Palmyra, my mod that you will need to install to play Zenobia.
