UK Flats - Tower Block #1

This asset is based on a very ugly block of council flats that are quite near me. They in the process of demolishing them which is great news, even better news is that they will now live on in the virtual world (unlucky for your city ha).

Pleas bear in mind that i wasn't happy with just creating a box and putting a texture over it so i have gone into a lot of modelling detail and used a larger texture resolution hence the 9mb file size. Another reason for doing this is that the assets i make are not just for Cities:Skylines so i have to have a balance.

I have left the asset blank to give you more decorative freedom. The following mods are highly recommended to get the best out of it:

Where is this found in game?

This can be found as a level 1 Unique building or a high residential using the RICO mod.

Do these assets require any props?

No, this is now up to you to decorate.
