A non-FU version would...for all intents and purposes...be an Arctic world from the base game.

By all accounts, a version of this that doesn't require Frackin' Universe already exists in the base game - they're called Arctic worlds.
The entire point of the mod is to utilize Liquid Nitrogen as the base liquid on top of the environmental hazard that Nitrogen Sea worlds have from FU. To remove the requirement of FU would remove the point of this mod's existence.
