The Volkswagen Type 2, known officially as the Transporter, Kombi or Microbus, is a forward control light commercial vehicle introduced in 1950 by the German automaker Volkswagen as its second car model. Following –and initially deriving from– Volkswagen's first model, the Type 1 (Beetle), it was given the factory designation Type 2.

@doug has your Citroen original cooler from 6 cylinder traction. Logo / Trandmark Citroen SIX TA. I also have Tax livery on my side. feel free to include mine. A TAraction for up to 140-145km with 6 cylinders. There was also an 8 cylinder with 100PS. I find Pasenergs 3 good. A tax should be loaded much faster than a bus.

@puh-mail: Never rains but it pours. I just posted the tax mod myself. Just by way of summary, my Citroen has a max speed of 75 km/h and carries 3 passengers in game, in case you want to make sure yours is different.

I'm about to finish a taxi. Citroen Traction Avant - Barcelona variant. Would be happy to provide it.

In Germany we call it VW T1, VW Bus or VW Bulli (first Generation 1950-1967), the official name is "VW Typ 2 T1".

Does anyone really call it "Type 2"? Never heard of that. Internally, it was called "Bulli" during develpoment, and it was made were I live. Officially, it's called "Transporter" and this model is the T1, but in most parts of Germany, we used to call it "Bulli" anyway. It wasn't before 2008 VW finally was allowed to officially use that name. The front similar to the V200 locomotive with the big curved "V" and the spit windows is a certain distinction from the later models.

@doug : In fact, I was planning that (I've done that a long time ago in Train Fever, with Ford Fordor), but I haven't started yet. And I won't as someone has already started :).
I was especially looking to adapt the Citroën "traction avant'.

Were you planning on doing anything with the vanilla cars? I ask because I have a number of them prepped as buses (taxis, if you will) that I was going to get around to releasing. I figured there wasn't much point in both of us doing something like that.
