Update for 2.0

Remove 70 populist requirement and your Rome can be monarchy in day one. Is it possible to learn this power ?

Note:
This mod added a new decision and edited NO vanilla file, and the effect is the same as vanilla decision (except adding corrupt trait is removed)

Not ironman friendly

Can you please create a mod or create a guide to change starting senate support, I want to change it from starting 50 to like 60 or 65

@ABoldOne I have added ai_will_do = {factor = 0} to see it will do the trick or not. No time to play recently so I cant test it before release

Can you please add

is_ai = no

to prevent ai from doing it? Sheev Palpatine would be proud.
