[WOTC] SRW Spirit Commands

This Mod adds new abilities that try to replicate the Spirit Commands from the Video game console Game Super Robot Wars.
MOD HIGHLIGHTS:

a) New Abilities:
35 new SRW Spirit abilities. All those abilities have no cool down and consume Wills instead of action point.

CONTENT DETAILS

New Research Projects:

Experimental SRW Spirit Sims Research Projects will be available when the Alien Biotech and Sectoid Autopsy research projects had completed, and Facility Proving Ground been builded.

Experimental SRW Spirit Sims proving Ground projects will be available when research complete.

New Proving Ground Projects:

There are 3 new Proving Ground projects for create 3 different Tiers SRW Spirit Sims. Each Proving Ground Projects require Supplies and Sectoid Corpse to build the SRW Spirit Sims.

New Personal Combat Sims:

5 new different types of SRW Spirit Sims. Each Sim has 6 SRW Spirit abilities combination, there are total 85 abilities combination sets on each tier.

Speed Sims: Boost Mobility and Wills. Regen Wills at the end of each player turn.

Conditioning Sims: Boost HP and Wills. Regen Wills when defeating a target.

Focus Sims: Boost Hacking and Wills. Regen Wills when receiving negative mental effects attack. Immune to any
negative mental effects.

Perception Sims: Boost Offense and Wills. Regen Wills when hits target.

Agility Sims: Boost Defence and Wills. Regen Wills when evades attack.

New Abilities:

35 new SRW Spirit abilities. All those abilities have no cooldown and consume Wills instead of action point.

Accel: Increases mobility by 3 for the next movement.

Alert: Get Lightning Reflexes effect for the next incoming attack.


Analyse: Decreases Target's damage and increase impact damage by 20%

Attune: An ally unit's accuracy will be 300% for 1 turn.

Bless: Fortune effect will be applied to an ally unit.

Bonds: Recovers 5 HP for all ally units.

Bravery: Abilities Accel, Bullseye, Persist, Valor, Spirit, and Charge will take effect.

Bullseye: Changes Accuracy to 300% for 1 turn.

Charge: Restore 1 action point for the next movement.

Cheer: Gain effect will be applied to an ally unit.

Daunt: Target's Mobility, Will, Psi Offense, Strength decrease 10.

Disrupt: Halves all enemy Accuracy 50% for 1 turn.

Drive: Increases Focus level by 3 and lower all ability cooldowns by 3.

Faith: Recovers 6 HP for an ally unit.

Focus: Aim & Defence increase by 30% for 1 turn

Foresee: Ally get Lightning Reflexes effect for the next incoming attack

Fortune: Next time defeat an enemy, acquire a resource. 25% acquire 1 Elerium Core, 50% acquire 40 Elerium Dusts,
75% acquire 40 Alien Alloys, 90% acquire 75 Supplies.

Gain: Next time defeat an enemy, acquire a XCom Ability Point.

Intuition: Grants the effects of Bullseye and Alert.

Iron Wall: Decrease damage taken by 75% for 1 turn.

Lovel: Abilities Accel, Bullseye, Valor, Spirit, Gain and Fortune will take effect.

Mercy: When self Will higher than Target's Will, take less damage from Target.

Persist: Decrease damage taken by 87% for the next incoming attack.

Prospect: Recovers 30 Will for an ally unit.

Resolve: Boost soldier’s stats, boost value = Max Wills - Current Wills + 100

Resupply: Recovers all items charges for an ally unit.

Rouse: Increases Focus by 1 and lower all ability cooldowns by 1 for an ally unit.

Snipe: Range attack ignores 5 Armor5 for 1 turn.

Soul: Increases damage dealt by 220% for 1 turn. Effect will be removed when defeat a target. Remove Valor effect
when Soul effect applied.

Spirit: Increases Focus level by 1 and lower all ability cooldowns by 1.

Trust: Recovers 3 HP for an ally unit.

Valor: Increases damage dealt by 200% for 1 turn. Effect will be remove when defeat a target.

Vigor: Recovers 50% of total HP.

Wish: Recovers 50% HP for an ally unit. Remove any negative mental status and applies Gain and Fortune.

Zeal: When consume all action point, acquire 2 additional action points.

So I've tried the mod and... abilities that require will to be activated are an awesome idea! I never liked that later on nobody gets panic ever, so it becomes a resource.
HOWEVER, it doesn't seem the mod actually checks if the character has no will left, meaning that extra action ability are basically god mode. Also, most of the abilities seems super busted for the cost. I understand that they suppose to be powerful, but maybe they're a bit TOO powerful.
Will is an unpredictable resource, depending how the battle goes, it might not matter at all. So the abilities are gained almost for free. It doesn't matter if your will gets to 0 if you win.

My recommendation if you're planning for any update, is to severely nerf the costs and make they unusable after 0 or a certain threshold, a panic character should not have the ability to march all proudly into battle.
As far now, it's still an awesome mod, but the player has to more or less make their own fun and rules to the game still have any challenge.

Are you mean the ability Prospect? it consume self 50 Wills and recover target's 30 Wills

Thank you for doing this, sounds very cool! Sorry, I didn't fully understand, it says it reduces will, but has a spirit that increases it, how does that works out?
