Russian Female Voice

Description
This mod adds a Russian female voice to the game. It is not 100% perfect, but it can be used with female soldiers if players want a Russian female voice for the AI units.

@nathandim already a mod for that. RHSUSAF has one included, but doesn't include any faces. Fifty Shades of Female (I think its called) has that aspect.

Decidedly too few female voice options for this game. This one seems to be the most near-complete one. Even tho I don't speak nor understand russian it's still better than having no voice at all to use, thank you very much! :)

Hey there, I tried using this mod in the editor with this setSpeaker "FemaleVoiceRU"; but it didn't switch to the female voice. Any idea how I can enable the voice for npc's in eden editor?
